Return & Refund Policy

Atelier DJEEG'N is happy to facilitate returns and refunds.  All accessories are not eligible for refund, please choose carefully and review your purchase before sending it through.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not follow our return requirements:
  • You have 14 days after delivery to ask for a return. After 14 days of delivery the sale is finale.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and returned in its original packaging. If you have put on any of the head accessories, or washed any of our products before returning it to us, we will reject the return for hygienic reasons, thank your for understanding.
  • Merchandise must be return in their original condition with all garment tags and labels attached
  • We require that the receipt, proof of purchase be returned to us to complete your return
  • Please go to my account to ask for a return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days to 30 days. Shipping cost and return shipping cost are not refundable.

We are not responsible for carrier's charges, your return fees will not be reimbursed.
We can not be responsible for loss or damaged packages, please secure your shipment and add a tracking number.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at loubess@atelierdjeegn.com.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Due to the select and limited merchandise offerings, Atelier DJEEG'N unfortunately can not offer and guarantee availability of merchandise for exchange. Please email us at loubess@atelierdjeegn.com should you need to check on availability of sizes for a similar styled garment.
