Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from France.

We are offering free standard shipping in France for all orders of 55 € and up.

We are also offering free international shipping for all orders of 100 € and up.

Shipping methods and time:

• All shipping methods are offered at checkout.
  
• Shipping time can take 2 to 5 business days (this takes effect after processing time)

Shipping times may be longer during week ends, holidays and busy sale periods.

 Processing time:

Time to prepare your package can take up to 4 business days. This is the time we need to process your order. Please take it into consideration when placing an order for holiday or special event. Wholesale orders may take longer.

 

International Custom fees:

Customers from the United Kingdom, or any location outside of France may be subject to taxes and duties upon receipt of their package.

It's important to note that the percentage of taxes and duties can vary depending on the product, its value, and the country it is being shipped to. Therefore, it is best for customers to check with their country's customs agency to get a more accurate estimate.

All orders are subject to custom fees. We have no control over international borders. It is the customer's full responsibility to pay any applicable taxes and duties. Atelier DJEEG'N cannot be held responsible for any such fees incurred

  

More shipping details

In order for shipping times to be respected, the customer must ensure that he/she has communicated exact and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

If a package is marked as "Delivered" Atelier DJEEG'N will not process a refund. Please make sure to provide us with the correct shipping address, update your account if necessary.

Once your order is shipped out,  we can no longer modify the address or intercept the package. The customer assumes all responsibility for return shipping costs, which will be subtracted from any refund owed if the package is returned to us.
